Beyond CBT and ACT
In the Foundations phase, we used the Shield of Reason (CBT) to catch distortions. In the Toolkit phase, we used the Compass of Values (ACT) to find direction. In the Graduation phase, we move into Cognitive Mastery — the state of Intellectual Sovereignty, where you are no longer "performing" CBT or ACT, but you are a Navigator who perceives reality with absolute clarity.

Your Meaning Map is no longer a beta project — it is your Final Blueprint. You have identified the First Principles of your life — the 3 to 5 core truths that guide every decision. When a choice arrives, you Know the answer.
