The Shield of Reason

In Phase 1, you learned the physics of your descent — how the biological hijack rewired your brain's reward system and weakened your Prefrontal Cortex. Now Phase 2 begins with the most evidence-based tool in psychology: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. If your recovery is a Stairway, CBT is the Quality Control. It is the process of inspecting the stones before you lay them.

The "Glitch" — those irrational, biased thought patterns that pull you back toward use — can be caught, examined, and rewritten in real time. CBT gives your CEO the tools to perform a quality check on every thought before it triggers a craving. You are not just thinking differently; you are re-wiring your hardware through neuroplasticity.
