CBT is not about positive thinking. It is about accurate, evidence-based thinking. By cleaning the mists of distortion from your path, you can finally see the Stairway clearly. Every stone you lay is solid. Every step is intentional.
CBT handles the software glitches. But sometimes the Ferrari engine is screaming so loud the CEO can't hear the evidence. That's why the Toolkit integrates three complementary classes of tools.

CBT gives you Quality Control for your thoughts. Module 06 builds the Shock Absorbers for your heart — handling the Big Feelings that logic alone can't always reach. The Shield and the Anchor work together.
Take a deep breath. Feel the weight of your own agency. Acknowledge the work you have done. Your Prefrontal Cortex is physically stronger now than when you began Phase 2.
