Summary, Module 4 Checklist & Transition to Phase 2: The Gear
Summary
Navigator — you have finished your official Character Sheet. Take a look at it. This is the Manual for your soul. You have moved from a Deficit Mindset (focusing on what's broken) to an Asset Mindset (focusing on your stats).
Deficit Mindset
I am broken and need fixing
I am a patient in a hospital
The Glitch defines me
I don't know why I keep failing
My past is my ceiling
Asset Mindset
I am a High-Stat Navigator with a unique build
I have Bravery, Curiosity, Humor, Kindness, Judgment
I have Admin Rights to my own OS
The Glitch tried to make me forget my stats — I remember now
My past is data, and my future is a mission I can win
The Narrative Shift: Reclaiming the Lead
"You are not a 'glitched kid' who needs fixing. You are not a 'patient' in a hospital. You are a High-Stat Navigator with a unique build of Bravery, Curiosity, Humor, Kindness, or Judgment. You have the hardware (Neuroplasticity) and the software (The 5 Codes and your Strengths) to clear any mission. The Glitch tried to make you forget your stats; it tried to make you believe you were powerless. But now you have the data. You have the Admin Rights."

The Transition Protocol — Three Steps to Lock In Phase 1
Take a moment to acknowledge the Pilot you are becoming. You are no longer flying blind. You are no longer waiting for a crash. You are Navigating. Complete the three steps to seal Module 4 and prepare for Phase 2.

5-4-3-2-1 — Seal the module in the body
Perform one 5-4-3-2-1 Somatic Grounding to seal this module. This anchors everything you've learned into your nervous system — not just your mind.

In the first four modules, we focused on your Internal Controls — your brain, your codes, and your stats. This was the Software Update. But even the best Pilot needs External Gear to handle a toxic world.
Phase 1 — Completed
Internal Stats
Brain science, meaning, the Navigator Oath, and your 24 Character Stats. The Software Update is complete.
Phase 2 — Starting Now
External Armor
The Safety Net, Narcan, Fentanyl Test Strips, the Brave App, and the Hero's Script. The Gear is waiting.
Module 05 — The Safety Net
We move from Identity to Action. We will deep-dive into Narcan (Naloxone), Fentanyl Test Strips, and the Brave App. We will learn the Hero's Script for saving a squad member whose ship has crashed. The minefield is real — and now you have the Scanner and the Shield.
You have finished Phase 1: The Launch. You are in orbit. The universe is huge, but your radar is online and your brakes are getting stronger every day. You have the Admin Rights to your life.
Pilot's Final Briefing
You have built a solid foundation. You have your Why (Meaning) and your How (Stats). This week, your only task is to Run your Build. Use your Top 1 strength at least three times a day. Notice how your battery feels. Notice how the alarms in the cockpit get a little quieter every time you act as your Astraea Self.
The Vow
"Remember the Oath from Module 03: 'I am not my glitches; I am the Navigator.' By identifying your Power-Ups, you have made that oath a physical reality in your neural tracks. You are laying the stones of your Stairway with every high-stat choice."
"The minefield is real, but you have the Scanner and the Shield. We are staying alive to thrive. See you at the next briefing. — End of Module 04."
"You are not a glitched kid who needs fixing. You are a High-Stat Navigator with a unique build. You have the hardware and the software to clear any mission."
Navigator Affirmation · Section 8
Reflection Prompt 1
"Look back at everything you named in Module 4 — your Signature Strengths, your Goldilocks Zone findings, your Tactical Armor combos. Which single discovery changed the way you see your own history? How does naming that strength now re-interpret something hard you have already survived?"
"The Glitch tried to make you forget your stats — tried to make you believe you were powerless. But now you have the data. You have the Admin Rights."

Reflection Prompt 2
"The Transition Protocol asks you to acknowledge the Pilot you are becoming. In one paragraph: who is the Navigator completing Module 4 compared to the person who entered Module 1? What is different now — in the hardware, the software, or the flight path?"
Navigator Creed · Section 8
"This week, your only task is to Run your Build. Use your Top 1 strength at least three times a day. Notice how the alarms in the cockpit get a little quieter every time you act as your Astraea Self."
Pilot's Log · Section 8
Prompt: Navigator's Log — The Phase 1 Debrief. Write a full debrief of Phase 1 (Modules 1–4): one sentence for each module summarizing what you gained, then a final paragraph as your Phase 2 Mission Declaration — who you are as a Navigator, which Power-Ups you carry, and what you are now authorized to do.
