In Module 07, we move to Cognitive Defense (Advanced). Now that you have a squad to back you up, we are going to teach you how to Hack the Glitch at the level of the thought itself. We are going to build the Shield of Reason using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). You have the "Why" and the "Who." Now we master the "How."
