Overview

Before any skilled tradesperson sets foot on a hazardous site, they complete a full safety briefing. This module walks you from first principles all the way through to your initial site audit — covering the project blueprint, a clear-eyed damage assessment, emotional PPE tools, your mission statement and core values, your support crew, grounding protocols, and a four-site hazard checklist. This isn't optional prep. It's the foundation everything else rests on.

Learning Objective

By the end of Module 1, you will have completed your project blueprint, run your first damage assessment, built your emotional PPE toolkit, written your mission statement and Foreman's Code, mapped your crew, installed daily grounding routines, and run a full hazard audit across your Physical, Financial, Legal, and Emotional sites.

Identifying the Falling Debris

Marking every live wire before it fries you

Two hazard zones dissected: HAZ-A (the Narrative of Failure) and HAZ-B (the Emotional Feedback Loop). The Hot Zone Audit maps your four active trigger zones. The Communication Firewall Builder activates six protocols that keep debris off the site. Awareness is the first PPE.

Managing Falling Debris

Step back. Let it hit the ground. Then clean it up.
